Supervised Work Crews: Indianhead Enterprises, Inc. contracts with an employer to provide a supervised work crew.

Supported Employment: An employer hires an individual from Indianhead Enterprises, Inc.'s pool of eligible employees, while Indianhead provides on-the-job training and a job coach for the employee.

Job Placement: An employer hires an individual from Indianhead Enterprises, Inc.'s pool of eligible employees and receives short-term job coaching from Indianhead Enterprises, Inc.
